OUR CLIENTS

We have a long history of happy clients. Here are just a few of our success stories.

Genesis Advisors

THE CHALLENGE

Genesis Advisers wanted to build a scalable eLearning solution that was as impactful as their instructor-led First 90 Days transition acceleration workshops.

We partnered with Genesis to develop the First 90 Days Online—a tool that has now become a go-to resource for speeding up transitions into new roles. In fact, we were honored to win a Gold Award in Training Magazine's 2016 Learning Design Challenge in the MicroLearning category!

OUR SOLUTION

United States Tennis Association

The United States Tennis Association (USTA) wanted to develop an online workshop (for a large audience of geographically-dispersed coaches of youth players) and a series of online education courses (for USTA officials to replace their in-person Certification Schools).

THE CHALLENGE

Since 2013, we have partnered with USTA to develop rich and engaging online courses that include real-life scenarios, video demonstrations, games, simulations, and on-the-job resources.

OUR SOLUTION

BD Food Safety

BD Food Safety wanted to build an online version of an annual food safety certification program. This training had to be efficient—employees are needed on the production line rather than in the classroom. Because this information is critical for food safety itself as well as for companies to maintain certification, retention and tracking were critical.

THE CHALLENGE

OUR SOLUTION

We partnered with BD Food to develop five 15-minute micro-learning modules. To meet the needs of a diverse audience, these modules included interactivity, videos and realistic examples; and were designed for delivery on both tablets and desktop computers.

Congress of Neurological Surgeons

The Congress of Neurological Surgeons requested our help building PowerPoint slides and related materials for a two-day leadership course. In this case, the subject matter experts (SMEs) were active surgeons who had to complete their normal work duties in addition to providing content for this course.

THE CHALLENGE

OUR SOLUTION

We talked to each SME to identify their availability and the level of support they needed, then built instructionally sound and attractive PowerPoint presentations based on the level of information each SME was able to provide. The presenters used these slides to structure their presentations, ensuring that the workshop stayed “on schedule” and participants received a consistent message.

Executive Women’s Forum

Executive Women’s Forum (EWF) is focused on serving emerging leaders. They wanted to build an online course for their members that included meaningful interactions and videos from experts in different fields.

THE CHALLENGE

We worked with EWF to develop storyboards for several micro-learning modules. Then we built the course, and set up each module on our ASAP iLMS. The courses not only provide a rich multimedia experience—they are supported by homework, social interaction, and testing on the LMS to create a truly multi-dimensional learning experience.

OUR SOLUTION

Stanford University

OUR SOLUTION

THE CHALLENGE

The Controller’s Office at Stanford University wanted to develop eLearning for faculty and staff related to policies, procedures and systems for university travel.

We used off-the-shelf graphics and simulation tools to develop custom eLearning templates and courses. These courses include a high level of interactivity, including “Show Me” and “Try It” guided simulations. As we continue to work with them to build new courses, Stanford is also using the templates we developed to build and maintain courses using their internal instructional design staff.

Positive Coaching Alliance

THE CHALLENGE

Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) is a national nonprofit organization that provides resources for youth and high school sports coaches, parents, administrators and student-athletes, with the goal of developing “Better Athletes, Better People.” In order to reach a wider audience, PCA needed to convert their workshops to online training.

OUR SOLUTION

We developed online courses for coaches, officials, athletes and parents. To engage and inspire this audience, our instructional approaches included customized scenarios, interactive games, inspirational tips and quotes from famous athletes, audio, videos, and assessments. We created learning templates to greatly increase design efficiencies in the development of subsequent courses.

Pfizer

THE CHALLENGE

Pfizer Sales Reps coordinate over 20,000 physicians and healthcare professionals who present product-related programs for other healthcare professionals. These Sales Reps had to be trained and supported in the use of a new speaker management system called EZSpeak. Some of the challenges included:

  • The audience of Sales Reps was large and widely distributed.

  • The training had to be completed before Sales Reps were granted access to an integrated business application.

  • The training had to include page-level Help documentation.

OUR SOLUTION

We designed, developed and delivered online learning and system documentation via ePath Learning’s ASAP iLMS and other off-the-shelf system simulation and graphics tools. Over 8,000 Sales Reps and Managers were successfully trained over a three-month period.

The Global Fund

THE CHALLENGE

The Global Fund needed to build a blended learning course for an international audience, some of whom have limited resources and connectivity. This course included two face-to-face sessions and several online training modules.

OUR SOLUTION

We partnered with The Global Fund to analyze existing content, rewrite it for a multi-lingual audience, and then build engaging online modules. Each module included real-life stories, practical examples, and a final quiz. The course was well-received by the client and participants.
